I am from a town called Tefisi located in the Vava'u group of Tonga. But was born and raised here in Auckland, New Zealand. Photographs to me are important as they can tell a story behind them. Being able to photograph at Tongan events and occasions enables me to tell my story or life as a Tongan through the camera lens without the need of words.
